This election, Portland’s District 4 will choose a new city councilor for the first time in nearly 30 years. As an active community member, I can see how important it will be to have a councilor who already knows the issues and the people involved. That’s why I’m proud to support Justin Costa for the District 4 City Council seat.
Through his six years on the School Board, Justin Costa has proven his commitment to our city.
He’s spent four years on the Finance Committee and he already knows the School Board, the council, legislators and other Portland leaders. His experience and relationships will serve our Portland well.
I’ve known Justin for years. He’s intelligent, hardworking and accessible. I’m proud to join councilors, business owners, School Board members, legislators and other city leaders in supporting him for City Council.
