Voting "Yes" Means:

The town would approve a temporary boat launch in the zoning district containing 0 Shore Drive, the planned site to launch the Island Rover. It would exempt all boat launches in this zoning area from certain town environmental and zoning requirements.

Voting "No" Means:

The temporary boat launch facility would not be able to be built on 0 Shore Drive for the purpose of launching the Island Rover.
