Mobile home park lot rent increases would be limited to once in a 12-month period and no more than 3%, while creating a five-member rent stabilization board and a process for owners to seek larger increases.

Voting "Yes" Means:

Mobile home park owners would not be able to increase lot rents more than once in a 12-month period and by no more than 3%. The town would also create a five-member rent stabilization board and a process for owners to seek larger increases.

Voting "No" Means:

Farmington would not establish these lot rent limits, the rent stabilization board or the ordinance’s enforcement process.
