Topsham-area schools face $910,000 bill to fully reopen K-8 schools
Maine School Administrative District 75 school board members learned Thursday that fully reopening K-8 schools in their four towns will be costly because the district would need to hire 13 more teachers to ensure students are spaced out enough.
