Lisbon voters to weigh $140,000 bond for Route 125 reconstruction
In 2018, Lisbon voters authorized a $430,000 bond for its 10% share of the 1-mile reconstruction project. Now they're being asked to borrow an additional $140,000 because the cost of the project has increased to $5.7 million.
