York Judicial Center nearing completion
The new state building on Route 1 (Elm St.) in Biddeford could open the first week in May, officials say. When it does, the district courts in Biddeford, Springvale and York will close and the superior court in Alfred will leave that county-owned space, which will remain open for various York County government departments.
