Third grade students James Ramage and Lincoln Bolitho, both 8, began dressing up for school last year as second graders, and the tradition has caught on among other students and staff members.

Arrest warrant issued for man suspected of assaulting Waterville police officer
Ricki M. Gould, 28, most recently of Corinna, assaulted the officer last weekend and was also believed to be involved in the theft of a vehicle Tuesday in St. Albans, according to officials.
