Cheverus High School, Portland: senior Cynthia Clarke of Windham has been named the recipient of the fourth Ahern scholarship. Leonard F. Ahern, a member of the Cheverus Class of 1940, bequeathed a $1 million restricted endowment gift which is awarded annually to a graduating senior.
