Military Notes

Jakob R. Brooks of Kennebunk graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, with a commission as a second lieutenant in the Army. He will attend Basic Officer School at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, for six months before deploying overseas.
