Windham rescinds license, awards new one for recreational pot store
The Town Council voted unanimously Tuesday night to award JAR Cannabis Co., not CannaRx/Windham RSL, the second recreational marijuana business license. They said that new information they received since the Sept. 15 review would have affected their original scoring of the applicants.
