Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty has hired Elise Kiely as a senior vice president of its Portland office.
Kiely, of Falmouth, spent almost 10 years as a litigator in Washington, D.C., and Maine. She then started developing and investing in real estate, which led to a high-end real estate brokerage practice.
Christina Stone also joined Legacy’s team as a vice president of its Kennebunk office.
Stone, who specializes in coastal locations such as Biddeford Pool, Fortunes Rocks, Granite Point and Hills Beach, has practiced real estate in Maine for more than a decade.
Aaron Crossman joined Legacy’s real estate team as a vice president of its Camden office.
Crossman’s real estate career started in 2002 in Camden. In 2005 he went to the Cayman Islands to work with the sales team of a new condominium development project.
Fontaine Family real estate has hired Kelly Webb to its team in Auburn.
Webb, of Monmouth, worked as a legal secretary before starting her real estate career in 1990. She spent seven years as the office manager at ERA Webb. She joined the Fontaine team with 26 years of real estate experience.
Joyce Frost and Suzanne Lowell, previously of RE/MAX By The Bay, have joined Bean Group and will work together as a team.
They have a total of 30 years experience in the real estate market, specializing in southern Maine.
Becki Thomen joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northeast Real Estate.
She brings several years of experience in the industry.
Portside Real Estate Group in Portland has hired Jaye Gorham, Nancy Keast and Ben Ray.
Gorham brings more than 30 years of experience in the industry. She has owned her own appraisal company and has many years of real estate experience.
Keast joined Portside with over a decade in the business and connections in the Deering area.
Ray comes to Portside with a strong design and architectural eye. He brings years of sales experience.
Portland’s Choice Realty has hired Karen Parenteau. She has been in the business since 2006 and is a native of the Biddeford-Saco area.
Laura Rohrer joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Saco as a sales associate.
Rohrer, of Old Orchard Beach, will provide residential real estate services in Saco and the communities of Biddeford, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunk, Buxton and Hollis.
PROMOTIONS
Landry/French Construction Co. has promoted Mason Rowell to senior project manager.
Most recently, Rowell served as project manager on a medical office building for Western Maine Health in Norway. He currently serves as a project manager on new branch banks for Bangor Savings Bank on Marginal Way in Portland and in Brunswick, and a new facility for Allagash Brewing Co.
Julia Bassett has received the commercial broker designation from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
The course included training on valuation of commercial properties, green commercial properties and representation of buyers and sellers in commercial transactions.
