Malcolm Edward Parsons III, son, brother, uncle, friend, avid outdoorsman. Malcolm “Mal” Parsons died peacefully at his home on Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023, at the age of 54.
Malcolm was born in Biddeford, Maine, on Dec. 28, 1968. Graduated Biddeford High School class of 1987 and became certified at Northeast Technical Institute in HVAC and has been a respected employee at Garland for over 25 years.
Malcolm had a passion for fishing and hunting with his dog Hopper and the camp crew in Somerset County. Malcolm served as an altar boy from grade school into high school and early on in Mal’s life he loved playing and refereeing hockey. He loved spending time with friends, his Dawn, and family, especially his niece, Alexis.
He is survived by his mother, Rita Parsons, his father, Malcolm Parsons Jr., his brother, Christopher Parsons, his niece, Alexis Parsons, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held at Hope Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, Oct. 16, 2023, 4 to 7 p.m. at 480 Elm St., Biddeford, Maine. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023, 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 178 Elm St., Biddeford, Maine.
