WELLS — Chelsea Graiver scored 16 of her 29 points during a third-quarter surge and Greely ended a 19-game winning streak for Wells with a 54-51 victory Saturday.

Graiver’s outburst helped Greely (11-4) turn a 30-24 halftime deficit into a 45-42 lead going into the fourth quarter.

Kaiyla Delisle added nine points and Asja Kelman had eight for Greely.

Grace Ramsdell paced Wells (15-1), the reigning Class B state champion, with 18 points but was held to two points in the second half. Maren Mixon finished with 11 points.

YARMOUTH 53, FREEPORT 50: Lexi Clark’s 3-pointer with 19 seconds left capped a rally from nine points down and lifted the Clippers (11-3) over the Falcons (5-10) at Freeport.

Mason Baker-Schlendering had 19 points and 16 rebounds and helped the Falcons hold leads of 12-6 after one quarter, 19-17 at the half and 33-25 heading to the fourth quarter.

Ava Feeley led Yarmouth with 20 points.

Maddie Cormier scored 10 for Freeport.

BRUNSWICK 53, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 50: Kelsie Carlton scored 17 points, Logan Brown had 15 and Morgan Foster added 12 as the Dragons (15-0) held off the Panthers (12-2) in Brunswick.

Graca Bila recorded 14 points for NYA. Sarah English scored 11.

SANFORD 47, BONNY EAGLE 44: Riley Hebler scored 20 points, including a 3-pointer with nine seconds remaining in overtime to lift the Spartans (5-11) over the Scots (6-10) at Standish.

Julissa McBarron chipped in with nine points. Tori Parker made a 3-pointer with 10 seconds remaining in regulation to force overtime.

Kaitlyn Bartash scored 13 points for Bonny Eagle. Ember Hastings added 11.

OCEANSIDE 57, MARANACOOK 30: Anna Kingsbury got 17 of her 19 points in the second half, and the Mariners (14-0) used an 18-2 third-quarter run to pull away from the Black Bears (5-8) at Rockland.

Bailey Breen scored 12 of her 17 points in the second half for Oceanside, which led 14-13 at halftime.

Eliza Pattershall had nine points for Maranacook.

POLAND 29, CAPE ELIZABETH 20: Emma Gagne hit two 3-pointers in the fourth quarter to help the Knights (4-11) secure a win over the Capers (2-11) in Cape Elizabeth.

Gagne and Gabbi Bolduc each finished with six points for Poland.

HAMPDEN ACADEMY 42, DEERING 38: Camryn Neal scored 14 points to lead the Broncos (10-4) past the Rams (3-13) in overtime at Hampden.

Nyabhana Lia scored 13 points for Deering, including a tying 3-pointer with one second left in regulation. Maya Gayle added 12 points.

WESTBROOK 49, MORSE 45: The Blue Blazes (5-11) used an 18-8 fourth-quarter run, paced by seven points from Taylar Hodge, to rally past the Shipbuilders (5-8) at Westbrook.

Hodge ended up with 13 points, while Leah Cromarty tossed in 12.

Maddy Werner led Morse with 12 points. Dakota Shipley chipped in with 11.

CHEVERUS 62, EDWARD LITTLE 33: Emma Lizotte and Maddie Fitzpatrick each finished with 18 points as the Stags (14-2) cruised to a win over the Red Eddies (2-14) in Portland.

Emily Bontatibus contributed 11 for Cheverus, which led 20-5 after one quarter and 38-13 at halftime.

Rachel Penny scored nine points for Edward Little.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 38, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 30: Ali Portas scored 10 points and the Patriots (11-5) pulled away in the fourth quarter against the Raiders (3-11) at Fryeburg.

Ellie Steele added nine points and Alyssa Howard finished with seven for the Patriots, who led 25-23 going into the fourth.

Shelby Purslow had nine points for Fryeburg.

MT. ARARAT 57, KENNEBUNK 23: The Eagles (10-6) got 13 points from Elsa Daulerio and 10 points from Avery Beal in a win over the Rams (0-12) at Topsham.

Lily Hansen led Kennebunk with seven points.

GARDINER 42, CAMDEN HILLS 26: Lizzy Gruber had 10 points and 14 rebounds to pace the Tigers (13-1) to a win over the Windjammers (0-14) in Gardiner.

REGIONALS: Biddeford, Bangor, Medomak Valley and Lisbon won regional titles at Lewiston High, and Hermon and Central won in the North at Stearns High, leading the list of qualifiers for the state championships.

Biddeford scored 81.15 points in Class A South. Sanford (76.4), Marshwood (73.15), South Portland (72.3), Scarborough (71.4) and Thornton Academy (67.65) also advanced to the state championships next Saturday at the Augusta Civic Center.

Those six schools will compete for the state title against Bangor (85.8), Lewiston (83.9), Oxford Hills (81), Hampden Academy (67.35), Mt. Blue (63.4) and Skowhegan (41.7) from the North.

Medomak (82) took first in Class B South, ahead of Leavitt (71.9), Gray-New Gloucester (58.4), Erskine Academy (55.2), Morse (50) and Lincoln Academy (42.4).

Lisbon (68.1) edged Winslow (66.35) in Class C South, with Mountain Valley (61.85), Sacopee Valley (50.7), Madison (45.1) and Spruce Mountain (43.35) also advancing.

In Class B North, Hermon finished ahead of Ellsworth, John Bapst, Nokomis, Presque Isle and Old Town.
Qualifiers from Class C North were Central (70.05), Mattanawcook/Penobscot Valley (68), Dexter (66), Bucksport (61.3), Sumner (56.7) and Houlton/Greater Houlton (53).

Only six teams – Winthrop/Monmouth (69.9), Central Aroostook (58.5), Bangor Christian (47.8), Penquis (35.9), Schenck (28.9) and Forest Hills (10.8) – competed in Class D, so all advanced.

CAPE ELIZABETH 3, YORK 0: Catie Lee, Libby Hooper and Becca Good scored and Abbey Steinhagen earned the shutout as Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete/South Portland (9-2-2) beat York/Traip/Marshwood/Noble in Rochester, New Hampshire.

LEWISTON 1, CHEVERUS 0: Charlotte Cloutier’s goal 2:47 into overtime gave the Blue Devils (14-2) a win over Cheverus/Old Orchard Beach/Kennebunk/Windham (12-4-1) at Troubh Ice Arena in Portland.

Lewiston goalie Kim McLaughlin made 16 saves. Ella Lemieux stopped 25 shots for the Stags.
