The Grand Rapids Drive rallied from an 18-point deficit in the fourth quarter, beating the Maine Red Claws 110-109 Thursday night at the DeltaPlex Arena in Grand Rapids, Iowa.
The loss delayed Maine’s chance to clinch a D-League playoff spot. Maine’s next opportunity will be Saturday night against the Texas Legends at Frisco, Texas.
On Thursday, the Red Claws led 100-82 with 8:54 left after opening the fourth quarter with 8-0 run before Grand Rapids battled back.
The Red Claws missed 4 of 6 field goals, including three from long range, over the final 3:40.
