Online film fest honors ski filmmaker Greg Stump
Denmark Arts Center is celebrating the end of the Weirdest Ski Season EVAH March 4-7, paying homage to the legendary ski filmmaker Greg Stump with an online Ski-Stump filmFEST. The film features 30 years of ski film history with the US SKI & State of Maine Hall of Fame skier and extreme ski films creator.
The cost of this online fundraiser is $15. Viewers are invited to select three of seven featured films to watch over a week. To read more about Greg Stumps film, go to denmarkarts.org. Tickets can be ordered starting 8 a.m. Thursday through Sunday.

Aldemere Farm offering sap-centered woods walks
Looking for a sweet pick-me-up to cure your cabin fever? Come out for a walk in the woods at Aldermere Farm and learn the process of turning sap to maple syrup.
Sign up for one or more sessions, happening each Wednesday through the month of March. Each session runs from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
In keeping with health officials’ recommendations, face masks are required and space is limited. Please note, there are no public restrooms at the farm.
Sap flow is weather dependent. Early registration is recommended by Friday at aldermere.org/programs/aldermere/sap-to-syrup.
