Girls’ hockey teams across the state will have to wait one more day before playoff pairings are set, as another snow storm has delayed the end of the regular season for a second time.
The last two remaining games — Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete/South Portland at Scarborough and Portland/Deering at Biddeford — were both postponed until Tuesday afternoon. Biddeford and Cape/Waynflete/SP will meet Wednesday in the first round of the playoffs, but the home team won’t be determined until Tuesday’s games are played.

Meanwhile, many basketball teams face a backlog of games this week before the regular season ends Friday. All local games were postponed Monday, including the following games, with make-up dates and times.
