CUMBERLAND — Eavan O’Neill and Katie Clemmer scored early in the second half Friday and Yarmouth went on to shut out Greely 2-0 in a Western Maine Conference schoolgirl soccer game.
The game matched the top two teams in the Western Class B Heal point standings with the second-ranked Clippers (7-3-3) knocking off the top-ranked Rangers (10-2-1).
KENNEBUNK 6, FALMOUTH 5: Cara McCluskey scored with 20 seconds left in the second overtime as the Rams (7-3-3) edged Falmouth (6-5-2) at Kennebunk.
Kendall Dolan lofted a ball downfield to McCluskey, who one-touched it past goalie Adelaide Cook, who was coming out to challenge.
Cook finished with six saves. Kyra Schwartzman of Kennebunk stopped seven shots.
The Rams took a 3-0 lead in the first on goals from McCluskey, Sara Thill and Hallie Schwartzman. Falmouth narrowed it to 3-2 before the break on goals by Marcy Kittredge and Tyler Spence, who scored twice.
Elizabeth Cain of Kennebunk sent the game into overtime, scoring with three minutes left in regulation.
YORK 2, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 0: Sierra Swasey scored from Lindsey Cole and Shannon Todd scored unassisted with 11 minutes remaining as the Wildcats (7-3-2) shut out the Raiders (4-5-2) at York.
Emma Rohrer and Kelsey Cole combined for two saves for the shutout. Makayla Cooper had 16 saves for Fryeburg.
CHEVERUS 3, WESTBROOK 1: Olivia Mull scored twice as Cheverus (5-6-2) downed Westbrook (4-9) at Portland.
After Mull gave the Stags the lead with a header off Abby Goodrich’s cross, Emily Flynn tied it. Goodrich supplied the go-ahead goal off her own rebound and Mull made it 3-1 before halftime.
Anna Niedermeyer finished with 14 saves for the Stags. Brittany Arsenault stopped eight shots for Westbrook.
WINDHAM 2, PORTLAND 0: Jenna Soucy and Ciera Berthiaume scored second-half goals as the Eagles (12-0-1) downed Portland (7-6) at Windham.
Soucy scored from Katie Herzog in the 43rd minute. Berthiaume made it 2-0 in the 70th.
Elizabeth Mycock needed one save for the shutout.
MARSHWOOD 3, MCAULEY 1: Megan McLean, Natalie Dubois and Marin Smith scored, and Emily Robida stopped seven shots as the Hawks (11-2-1) topped the Lions (3-8-2) at Portland.
Eva Mahoney-Mazur scored her first career goal for the Lions. Chelsea Rairdon made eight saves and Jordyn Carr stopped 12 shots.
BRUNSWICK 3, LAWRENCE 0: Julia Champagne had two goals and an assist as the Dragons (9-3-1) eased past the Bulldogs (2-9-2) at Fairfield.
BOYS’ SOCCER
YORK 1, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 0: Jake McKenna headed in a corner kick from Zane Insko in the first overtime to lift the Wildcats (3-6-3) over the Raiders (4-6-3) at York.
Connor Smith stopped five shots for York. Will Zeliff made seven saves for Fryeburg.
DEERING 3, MARSHWOOD 2: After taking a 3-0 lead, the Rams (11-1-1) held off the Hawks (6-6-1) at Portland.
Paolo DeMarco scored the only goal of the first half from Fernando Lopez, then Lopez made it 2-0 from Jonathan Bujambi, and Ahmed Adnan added a goal on a free kick.
Marshwood scored twice in the final five minutes: Hanssen Casey from Cole McIntire and McIntire unassisted.
YARMOUTH 1, GREELY 0: Connor Lainey scored on a penalty kick with 12:36 left in the first half as Yarmouth (9-2-2) beat Greely (8-3-2) at Cumberland.
GORHAM 6, MASSABESIC 1: The Rams (10-0-3) built a 4-0 lead in the first 15 minutes and downed the Mustangs (0-12) at Waterboro.
Nate Roberts scored unassisted after 27 seconds and Jackson Fotter made it 2-0 at 1:13. Tyler Richman converted a penalty kick near the three-minute mark and Fotter got the fourth goal at 14:33.
Fotter also got the next goal six minutes into the second half.
Dylan Blackington back-heeled a shot with six minutes left for Massabesic, and Jackson Taylor of Gorham put in a free kick with 4:30 left for the final goal.
