Suzanne Joyce and Michael Popovic get a little emotional as members of the  public share heartfelt words and goodbyes to the two School Committee leaders at their final meeting Nov. 13. Joyce had been the At-Large member on the School Committee for 17 years and also served as its chairman. Popovic represented Ward 4 for six years and also served as committee vice chairman.
