After a grey and cold May, “Rebirth” is the theme of the June exhibit on display at the Stable Gallery in Damariscotta. The opening scheduled for 5-7 p.m. on June 9.
Highlighted in the exhibit are new paintings by two long-standing members, Hati Modr and Priscilla McCandless, and two new members, Lucinda Talbot and Katenia Keller.
The June show also features works by Lee Cummings, Stephen Vowles, Ruth Hartman and Steve Ryder.
The Stable Gallery is open daily 10 a.m. to 5p.m. at 26 Water St., Damariscotta. Works by 35 other Maine artists are on view for sale as well. Monthly on second and third Fridays, the gallery remains open until 7 p.m. for opening receptions with artists and Art Walk celebrations respectively.
