Carolyn Gabbe’s exhibit of nearly 30 paintings at Midcoast Conservancy is part of the Wiscasset Art Walk on Aug. 31 in the Haggett Building on Water Street. The show, “Home Is Where The Heart Is,” consists of a series of contemporary representational paintings drawn mostly from Gabbe’s life in Maine.

The exhibition is on view weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and by appointment by emailing carolyngabbeart@gmail.com. For more information, contact Midcoast Conservancy at (207) 389-5150.
