WILTON (AP) — Police say two people have been killed in a three- vehicle crash in Wilton.

A passenger in one of the vehicles, 80- year- old Meta Sevigny of Farmington, was killed in the crash reported at about 4 p.m. Monday, as was the driver of a second vehicle. That man’s name was not immediately released pending notification of a family.

A 44-year-old man was hospitalized.

Two vehicles were destroyed in the accident and a third vehicle sustained minor damage.

Police tell the Sun Journal roads were slippery at the time, but did not immediately blame conditions for the accident, which remains under investigation.
