Collector to share historical photos in Rabelais exhibit
You might say it’s the dark underbelly of the food business.
Dr. Lou Jacobs, a local chiropracter, will be sharing his collection of original mug shots taken of food industry workers from 1899 to 1954 in an exhibit at Rabelais, 86 Middle St.
An opening reception will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on March 5.
The mug shots of cooks, bakers, dishwashers and other foodie fugitives come from all over the country, including the food hot spots of New York and San Francisco.
