BRUNSWICK — After meeting in executive session at 6:30 p.m. to discuss tax increment financing district agreements with the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA), the Brunswick Town Council is scheduled to meet in regular session Monday at 7 p.m. in the town council chambers at Brunswick Station, 16 Station Ave.

Following the pledge of allegiance, roll call, a period reserved for public comment, correspondence and adjustments to the agenda, the council will address the following items:

— A report from Town Manager

Gary Brown, including: a report on town finances, council committee updates, an update on the relocation of the Brunswick Farmers Market to the north end of the lower Mall, acceptance of a $3,000 donation toward a new rescue boat, permission to apply for a Maine Municipal Association grant to purchase traffic cones, and a possible revised Town Council meeting schedule for the next few weeks.

— A public hearing on an alcohol and special amusement license for Jimbo’s Catering, doing business as 1898 Bar & Grill, James Gallant, 165 River Road.

— A public hearing on amendments to the zoning ordinance to permit warehousing and storage uses in the town’s Industry 1 and Mixed Use 5 zoning districts.

— A public hearing on proposed amendments to the town’s municipal code of ordinances that would allow installation of outdoor wood boilers that meet certain standards and setbacks.

— A public hearing on proposed amendments to the municipal code of ordinances to update building permit language and fees regarding mobile homes and open-air, unheated structures.

— Consideration to set an April 9 public hearing on zoning ordinance amendments proposed for property at 10 Mason Street, changing it from a residential district to a commercially zoned district.

— Consideration of a sellers of prepared food on public ways license for Little Red Wagon.

— Consideration of authorizing the town to apply for a Maine Department of Transportation Municipal Partnership Initiative grant to fund 50 percent of work to resurface Bath Road from the Merrymeeting Plaza signal to the Cook’s Corner intersection.

— Consideration of adopting a resolution in support of the Brunswick Downtown Association’s application for Main Street Maine Designation.

— Approval of the minutes for a March 5 meeting.

— Approval of quitclaim deeds for properties described as Map 001 Lot 035 Sub 000 Typ 000 and as Map U06 Lot 044 Sub 000 Typ 000.
