BRUNSWICK — Mid Coast Hospital’s diabetes education program will offer a fourweek series of classes called “ Living With Diabetes” on Mondays beginning April 23.

Sessions will run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays at Mid Coast Hospital.

“The program is designed to help individuals with diabetes learn skills to successfully manage their health,” a release from the hospital states.

The classes will include information about meal planning, blood sugar monitoring and preventing complications. A family member or care partner is welcome to attend, according to the release. Most insurance companies cover the cost of the classes.
