ELLSWORTH — Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, which has a branch in Topsham, was recently named by American Banker magazine as one of the top 200 community banks in the nation, according to a news release.

In addition, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust was the only bank in the state of Maine to make the list, and only one of a few in the Northeast to receive this recognition.
