Elizabeth E. Ambler, a ninth-grader from Bath, earned high honors for the winter 2012 term at Philips Exeter Academy in Exeter, N.H. She is the daughter of the Rev. Michael Ambler and Darreby Ambler of Bath.

Nicholas Pondelis, an Earlham College junior and son of Kimberly and Stephen Pondelis of Durham, presented research at Earlham’s third Annual Research Conference on April 16 and 17. Pondelis presented “Trends in Amphibian Prevalence and Sex Ratios on the Iverson Property.” Earlham is located in Richmond, Ind.
