BRUNSWICK — On Friday, October 17 at 7:30 pm, The Theater Project will host their first “Movie Night”, showing a public domain theatrical release onscreen. Featured in October will be the cult classic “Night of the Living Dead”, perfect for getting in the Halloween spirit with a good old fashioned zombie horde.
The film is a 1968 independent film that follows 7 people trapped in a rural farmhouse in Pennsylvania, under attack by unnamed “living dead” monsters. Although criticized at the time of its release, the film has eventually garnered critical acclaim.
Tickets to “Movie Night at The Theater Project” are $5. Doors open at 7:00 pm, movie starts at 7:30 pm. “Night of the Living Dead” has no official rating, however parental discretion is strongly advised.
