For the third consecutive year, engineering firm Wright-Pierce was recognized as the “best of the best,” receiving PSMJ’s Circle of Excellence Platinum Award at the 2014 A/E/C (architecture/engineering/c onstruction) Industry Summit held in Orlando.

Wright-Pierce was one of only six firms in North America to receive this award for sustained business excellence. PSMJ Resources Inc. is the premier management consulting firm for the A/E/C industries.

According to David Burstein, PSMJ Resources principal, “The Platinum Award celebrates the extraordinary achievement of excelling in the A/E/C industry through the ups and downs of the economy. Circle of Excellence firms are well-managed, have a strong client base, and are led in a responsible and sustainable manner.”

William Brown, Wright- Pierce’s chairman, received the award on behalf of the firm and spoke at the conference. He said the award “is a testament to Wright-Pierce’s continued commitment to client service and to attracting talented professionals who share this vision.”

Wright-Pierce is an awardwinning engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater, stormwater, and infrastructure services for public and private clients throughout the Northeast. Founded in 1947 in Topsham, Wright-Pierce is employee-owned and has a staff of more than 200 engineers and support professionals located in seven offices, including Topsham and Portland.
