PORTLAND — U.S. Cellular recently named Matthew Kasper director of sales for New England, according to a news release.
Kasper leads all sales activities in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont for U.S. Cellular. He has been with the company for more than six years.
As director of sales, Kasper leads teams of associates in retail and business sales to help them effectively position the value of U.S. Cellular products and services to customers and deliver the best customer experience in the industry.

Kasper has held various leadership positions at U.S. Cellular, most recently as director of sales in Indiana. He holds an MBA from Valparaiso University and an undergraduate degree in broadcast communications from North Central College.
Kasper and his family will be relocating to the Portland area.
