POWNAL — Nicole A. Ruest of Pownal and Mike O’Connell of Brunswick wish to announce their engagement.

Ruest, daughter of Nancy Ruest and Leslie Ruest of Pownal, is a 1994 graduate of Freeport High School and is employed with Independence Association.

O’Connell, son of Maryanne Ray of Chicago and Dick Ray, is a 1997 graduate of Brunswick High School and is employed by The Times Record.

Their wedding is planned for Feb. 14, 2014.
