
AN OIL PASTEL by Allison Price, “Celtic Landscape,” above, and Robin Brooks ‘ “Winter Wood” are among the works that will be on view during the 15th annual Arts Downtown and All Around this weekend.
A news release describes some of the artists and galleries as follows:
In Arrowsic, pottery for both holiday entertaining and holiday gifting will be available through Arrowsic Island Pottery.
Bath offers the singularly stunning craft of Wayne Robbins with marine life and carved birds in wood and stone.
Brunswick features open studios in Fort Andross and a group artists show at 98 Maine where artists gather to display and sell crafts, fine arts, 3-dimensional work and photographs.
Additionally in Brunswick, a number of gallery openings, receptions and cultural activities will usher in the holiday spirit and make the heart sing
“Holidays in Harpswell” joins Arts Downtown and All Around with a variety of open studios in Harpswell and its islands. A pleasant drive down the peninsula and area will enchant the visitor with chats with sculptors, painters, potters and more.
