WHILE BOYS AND GIRLS around the world were waiting for Santa to deliver toys on Christmas Eve, the Hall family of Topsham were treated to one of his early stops. Afghanistan War veteran Joseph Hall and his wife, Ashley, and their two daughters — 4-year-old Sera Raye Campbell and 3-month-old Brenna Imogen Hall — enjoyed some presents and a tour of Santa’s sleigh on Saturday. The sleigh is the creation of Matt Young, who played Santa along with Terina Reno as Mrs. Claus and was escorted by his “elves,” below.
