TOPSHAM — A telescope is available for patrons to check out at the Topsham Public Library. Thanks to a grant from Cornerstones of Science’s STAR Program, Topsham Public Library cardholders can now check out an Orion StarBlast 4.5 Astro Scope like they would check out a book.
