TOPSHAM — Merrymeeting Adult Education is offering “Creating as Meditation in Action,” a five-week class taught by Rebekah Younger at Mt. Ararat Middle School from 6 to 8 p.m., starting Sept. 18. Register before Sept. 8.

The course is designed for people who are interested in learning how meditation can aid them in creating a genuine expression in any medium, whether music, visual arts, writing, gardening or just creating a meaningful life.

The class 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18 and meets weekly for five weeks. The course fee is $56. For more information, call 443- 8649.
