Salt is a 10-week-old male kitten that will go up for adoption on Saturday, July 13 at “Be a Lifesaver,” a Midcoast Humane adoption event hosted by Petco in Topsham.
For every adoption processed at the event, which takes place from 9am-3pm at Petco’s Topsham location at 131 Topsham Fair Mall Road, the Petco Foundation will make a donation to the shelter in support of other residents in need. Puppies, adult dogs and adult cats will join over a dozen kittens up for adoption.
Salt and his brother Pepper were born in the shelter’s care after their mom was brought in as a stray. After some time in foster care, they were neutered, vaccinated, and are finally ready for adoption.
