PHIIPSBURG -The Popham Beach Library will to present a program by local author R. de Villers Seymour on Thursday, July 25 at 7 p.m. on his historical novel, “Beyond: Popham Colony. Seymour’s talk is one of  the library’s All things Local 2019 summer programs through August. Free parking is available behind the building. These programs are organized by The Popham Beach Improvement Association in conjunction with the library.
