Learn to cook Rwandan food

CHANCES ARE you have no idea what umutsima (cassava and corn), isombe (cassava, eggplant and spinach) and mizuzu (fried plantains) are, but you can learn Friday at a cooking demonstration of Rwandan food. The demonstration will be followed by a traditional Rwandan meal.
