OGUNQUIT — The public is invited to help celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the area’s oldest artist group – the Ogunquit Art Association.
Another exciting season of art exhibitions, programs and workshops by OAA artists at Barn Gallery started Wednesday, May 23.
Opening Exhibitions include ‘OAA Expressions,’ an exhibition with a wide variety of subject and medium and ‘BIG,’ an opportunity for OAA artists to show large, very large work. The outdoor Sculpture Court features three-dimensional work by Invited New England Sculptors. Small works of art are available in the Collectors Gallery.
Painters Ree Katrak and Lennie Mullaney have Showcases of their work in the North Gallery. Join them for a free Gallery Talk at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 14.
The OAA is commemorating its 90th Anniversary with a new catalog featuring OAA artist members and their work, new mugs and tote bags.
Everyone is welcome to attend the Opening Reception from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday May 26 to meet the artists and have them sign their catalog.
