She was born Dec. 28, 1954 in Ipswich, Massachusetts, a daughter of Donald and Phyllis F. (Sinton) Millson. Cathy was a graduate of Holliston High School in Holliston, Massachusetts and received her degree in nursing from Northern Essex Community College. She was formerly employed as a pediatric nurse at Framingham Union Hospital in Framingham, Massachusetts.
Cathy was a kind, soft-spoken person and her life’s passion was helping people, particularly the elderly. She was an avid reader and puzzle maker and she especially enjoyed spending her summers on York beach with her twin sister, Donna.
Predeceased by her mother, Phyllis, she is survived by her father, Donald, and step-mother, Carol of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and her brothers David Millson and his wife, Renee, of Orlando, Florida, John Millson and his wife, Jerrilee, of Kennebunk, Maine, her twin sister, Donna Millson, with whom she resided, her sister, Dorothy Yaris and her husband, Joseph, of Raymond, New Hampshire, and her stepbrother, Robert Farrell of New Smyrna Beach, Florida along with her niece, Becky, her nephews, Jared, Matt, Ben and Jake and her great-nieces and nephew, Phoebe, Piper and J.T.
Her family asks that you spend time with family, turn the radio up and sing, and take pleasure in the little things such as Christmas lights on a snowy night. That is what Cathy would wish.
