SCARBOROUGH — Town firefighters successfully fought a three-alarm blaze at an apartment building at 28 Clearview Drive, firefighters said.

No one was injured in the fire that was reported around 8:30 p.m. in a residential neighborhood off Route 1, near the Scarborough Connector to Interstate 295.

Firefighters from several surrounding towns are providing backup support. The cause or other information was unavailable.
