SPRINGVALE — Tom S. Bass, formerly known as Milton R. “Skip” MacDow, 64, of Springvale, died June 30 in Yarmouth. A graveside service with military honors will be held Monday, July 6 at 11 a.m. at the Southern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Springvale.
