OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Joan Doucette, 64, passed away July 11, 2015 at the Southern Maine Healthcare in Biddeford.
She was born in Biddeford, March 2, 1951, the daughter of Denise Thibodeau and Maurice Cadorette.
She graduated from Biddeford schools and then spent two years at Andover College, receiving a degree in office management.
She was a homemaker for many years before working for Nike Shoe, John Roberts and then Volk Packaging.
She retired in 2012.
She is survived by: her husband, Raymond Doucette; a daughter, Marie Pelletier; and two sons, John Sylvain and Roy Adams; five sisters, Jeanne LaBonte, Patricia Smith, Diane McCurry, Sandra Geiger, and Barbara Cadorette; a brother, Raymond Cadorette; and six grandchildren. She is also survived by: her husband’s children, two daughters, Dianne Cameron and Denise Moy, and two sons, Shawn and Shane Doucette; and eight grandchildren.
Friends and relatives may visit from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday July 17, 2015, at the Dennett, Craig & Pate funeral Home and Cremation Service, 365 Main St., Saco.
Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. A service will be conducted by the Biddeford Eagles Club.
