KENNEBUNKPORT — The Kennebunkport Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Sept. 8 and Sept. 24.
• David Ventrillo, 49, of 19 Wild Brook Drive, Plaistow, New Hampshire, was charged with operating without a license on Pier Road on Sept. 2. Ventrillo is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Nov. 8.
• Heather Ladd, 40, of 2 Coles Village Road, Falmouth, was arrested for an outstanding warrant after officers made contact with her on Dyke Road on Sept. 5. Ladd was transported to the York County Jail where she was also charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration and operating with a revoked license. Ladd was later charged with receiving stolen property and is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Nov. 8.
• Louis Barboza, 32, of 105 Foss St., Biddeford, was charged with exceeding the posted speed limit on New Biddeford Road on Sept. 8. Barboza was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Nov. 8.
• Sara Gott, 40, of 288 Arundel Road, was charged with exceeding the posted speed limit and failure to provide evidence of current insurance after she was stopped for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on Stone Road on Sept. 24.
