SOUTH BERWICK — The Biddeford football team shut out host Noble 35-0 on Friday.

After a scoreless first quarter, the Tigers would surge, getting five unanswered touchdowns.

Curtis Petit would put Biddeford on the board midway through the second quarter, followed by a 40-yard score by Carter Edgerton to make it 14-0 at half. 

Petit would score again, this time from 14 yards out to extend the lead to 21-0 midway through the third quarter. Scott Spellman would add a score with 2:41 left in the third to make it 28-0 heading into the fourth. Kurtis Edgerton would score early in the fourth to put the game away and secure the win.

Biddeford will finish up the regular season by taking on the undefeated, top-seeded Kennebunk Rams next week.

Falmouth 3, Thornton Academy 2

Falmouth gutted out a tough win over Thornton Academy on Friday.

Mia Taranko and Alyanna Beaudoin scored for TA in the loss.

The Lady Gulls were shut out on Friday.

Alexa Thayer led GNG with two goals.
