She was born on Aug. 15, 1961, the daughter of Norman and Rachel Beaudoin Roberts.
She graduated from Biddeford High School. Norma worked as a CNA at Huntington Common and most recently at the Monarch Center before retiring due to her illness. Norma loved her work, she loved taking care of people. Norma also enjoyed gardening and bird watching.
She was predeceased by her mother and life partner David Emerson in 2015.
Norma is survived by her father Norman Roberts of Saco; her daughter Nicole Ruel and her fiancé Nicholas Wills of Saco; her son Christopher Martel of Biddeford; her sisters Janie Butterfield and her partner Herbert Mariner of Biddeford, Sonia Searles and her husband Billy of Vermont, and Doreen Davis of Brewer; one grandchild and several nieces and nephews, as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017 at Greenwood Cemetery in Biddeford.
Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, 365 Main St., Saco is entrusted with her arrangements.
