KENNEBUNKPORT — The Kennebunkport Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Nov. 6 and Nov. 24:
• David Thibeault, 32, of Alfred, was charged with Passing a School Bus with Red Lights Flashing on Goose Rocks Road. Thibeault is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Dec. 20.
• Samuel Michael, 19, of Rowley, Massachusetts, was charged with Exceeding the Posted Speed Limit on Mills Road.
• Robert Fifield, 21, of Biddeford, was charged with Exceeding the Posted Speed Limit on Old Cape Road.
• A male juvenile, 17, of Biddeford, was charged with Exceeding the Posted Speed Limit on Mills Road. The juvenile also was charged with Operating Without a License and is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Jan. 17, 2018.
