Byron Livingston Green

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Byron Livingston Green, 83, son of Philena and Harold Green, passed away at his home in Jacksonville Fla. on Oct. 2, 2019. Born in Providence, R.I. on Sept. 15, 1936, he graduated from Lockwood High School in Warwick, R.I. in 1954. Byron married Pauline A. Grant on August 5, 1961.   
He was employed as a traffic surveyor with Maine State Highway Commission, route salesman with Cushman Baking Co., Granite Farm Dairy, Seltzer and Rydholm (Pepsi Cola), and truck driver with Redlons Plumbing Supply. He also had served as a reserve officer with the Freeport Police Department.   
Byron was an avid vintage auto enthusiast, owning several over the years. He was also a dedicated cat lover, having several Siamese breeds.  
He is survived by his son, Mark and wife, Juanita; grandchildren, Samuel, Tabitha, Priscilla, Matthew; and seven great-grandchildren.   
Gravesite service will be on October 26 at 12 p.m. at Burr Cemetery, Freeport, with Pastor Jim Kiker officiating.
