NEW HIRES
• Kate Fletcher was hired as executive director for The Waldo Theatre in Waldoboro.
Fletcher brings more than 25 years of experience in arts administration, programming, and development with theater, visual arts, and educational organizations including Maine Media Workshops & College in Rockport, The Strand in Rockland, and Points North Institute, home of the Camden International Film Festival.
• Sebastian Teunissen joined Cobscook Community Learning Center in Trescott as executive director.
Teunissen previously worked as managing director for Solidaridad.
• Boston Financial Management in Portland hired Abby Psyhogeos as managing director and wealth manager.
Psyhogeos, of Yarmouth, brings more than 30 years of high-net-worth and trust management experience. She previously served as managing director and president at Bainco International Investors and senior client adviser at F.L Putnam.
Katie Exchange, of Gray, was hired as an associate wealth manager. Exchange lives in Gray.
