Casco Public Library is offering a series of winter workshops designed to acquaint participants with new knowledge or skills.

This Sunday’s workshop is “Fly-tying,” led by Casco Town Manager, Dave Morton.

Morton will provide the materials for participants to experience this colorful

and functional art form for themselves. There is no charge for the workshop, which will run from 2 to 4 p.m. There will be plenty of time for individual attention so don’t miss this chance to learn a sport

tradition.

Future workshops will offer calligraphy, woodworking, basket-weaving, floral design, scrap-booking, rug hooking, and drawing. Please call the library (627-4541) for more information or check out our website: www.cascolib@casco.lib.me.us
