Story hour will be held each Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m. for children of all ages.

The adult reading club will be meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 2 p.m. Maine authors is this month’s reading topic. All interested are welcome.

The Annual Scholarship Book Sale, sponsored by the Friends of Walker Memorial Library, will be held on Thursday and Friday, Sept. 22 and 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Banned books week will be celebrated the week of Sept. 25. Stop in the library and read a classic, from the official “banned books” list.
